Our recipe of 'serunding' is the hereditary recipe of our grandmother since 1976. Only in the 70s to 90s it was made only when there was a demand. But since 2000 we have marketed it around public markets in Kelantan and kiosks around the Klang Valley (especially during Ramadan and Syawal). Serunding is a traditionally popular food among the Kelantan people. We have 3 different flavor: Chicken, Fish and Beef. Serunding is suitable to keep for a long time (especially for pilgrimage of the Holy Land). It is suitable to be eaten on its own or made into a dish with rice or bread.
