Preparation Method:

1. First Method:
Pour Mak Uda Tempoyak Patin into the pan and heat until it simmers (2-3 minutes).

2. Second Method:
Pour Mak Uda Tempoyak Patin into a microwave-resistant container, cover and cook over high heat (1-2 minutes).

Garnishing Suggestions:
Add cumin leaves, turmeric leaves, and old cucumber into the tempoyak.

Ingredients:
Patin Fish, Durian Paste, Turmeric, Bird’s Eye Chili, Sugar & Salt.

Storage:
Keep in a dry place.

Cara Penyediaan:

1. Cara Pertama:
Tuangkan Patin Tempoyak Mak Uda ke dalam periuk dan biarkan sehingga merenih (2-3 minit).

2. Cara Kedua:
Tuangkan Patin Tempoyak Mak Uda ke dalam bekas tahan gelombang mikro, tutup dan masak pada suhu tinggi (1-2minit).

Cadangan Hiasan:
Masukkan daun kesum, daun kunyit dan timun tua ke dalam patin tempoyak.

Ramuan:
Ikan Patin, Pes Durian, Kunyit, Cili Api, Gula & Garam.

Perhatian:
Simpan di tempat kering.
