Ingredients:
Fennel seed, cumin seed, aniseed, turmeric, coriander, fenugreek and dried chilies.

Gulai Nasi Dagang Recipe (4-6 servings):

Ingredients:
52g Puteri Ayu curry powder
1kg Tongkol fish (steamed)
5/6 cups of coconut milk
10 onions
5 garlics
2 dried tamarind skin
Bird chili
Arerrhoe belimbi
Salt and sugar to taste
(Steamed fish + salt + dried tamarind skin)

Cooking Steps:

  1. Ground the onion and garlic (combined).
  2. Put in Puteri Ayu’s Gulai Nasi Dagang Powder and mix together.
  3. Add coconut milk into pot with mixed spices.
  4. Bring to a boil, then put in dried tamarind skin, belimbi, bird chili, fish, salt and sugar to taste.
  5. Reduce the heat until simmer gently.
  6. Ready to serve.

Jintan, kunyit, ketumbar, halba dan cili kering.

Resepi Gulai Nasi Dagang (4-6 hidangan):

Bahan-bahan:
52g Rempah Nasi Dagang Puteri Ayu
1kg ikan Tongkol (dikukus dahulu)
5/6 cawan santan kelapa
10 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
2 keping asam keeping
Sedikit cili api
Sedikit belimbing buluh
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
(Kukus ikan + sedikit garam + asam keeping)

Cara memasak:

  1. Bawang merah dan bawang putih dikisar halus.
  2. Masukkan Rempah Nasi Dagang Puteri Ayu ke dalamnya dan digaul rata.
  3. Masukkan santan ke dalam periuk bersama rempah yang telah digaul tadi.
  4. Masak sehingga mendidih, kemudian masukkan asam keeping, belimbing buluh, cili api, ikan, garam dan gula secukup rasa.
  5. Kecilkan api biar hingga pecah minyak.
  6. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
