Our Delivery cut-off time is on 12pm during business day.

Processing day : 1-2 working days

We will update daily shipment status every business day before 8.00p.m. Buyers will be inform via email once we update.

When your shipment arrives:

When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered. Try on any wearable items and if there are issues please contact us immediately.

Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it.

After you have successfully placed your order and receive invoice from our store, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process.

By Delivery Services :

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Next 1 to 3 business days from delivery day
  • East Malaysia: Next 4 to 5 business days from delivery day

Tracking Number :

  • We will update the tracking number at the amaxMall order between 7pm to 9pm on the delivery day.
  • Please take note that most courier system is not updated online instantly, we advise you to check after 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.

Important Notes

NOTE

  • Parcel shipment to East Malaysia must not exceed 30kg per consignment note and must be attached with invoices (3 copies).
  • A surcharge of RM10.00 will be imposed for shipments delivered to specific postal code in remote area.
  • A surcharge of RM50.00 will be imposed for shipments delivered to specific postal code in international remote area.
  • A surcharge of RM80.00 per consignment not will be charge for shipment delivered to FTZ area.
  • Chargeable weight is based on actual weight or volume metric weights which ever is greater. (Volume metric conversion : cm = Length x Width x Height / 6000 = ___ kgs)
  • For any enquiry on delivery to specific postal code in remote locations & FTZ, kindly contact our customer service for further info
  • amaxTapau have a right to revise the rates without prior notice.
